Overview
Led the end-to-end overhaul of TechTarget's flagship enterprise SaaS product — partnering with PMs and engineering to audit legacy systems, redesign key workflows, and create a cohesive new enterprise experience.
The Challenge
The enterprise application had grown complex and fragmented over time, leading to usability challenges and inconsistent workflows across teams. Users struggled with navigation, data visibility, and product cohesion.
Approach
Consolidated fragmented UI patterns, streamlined navigation, and significantly improved enterprise user engagement and task success rates. Redesigned the entire back office suite and consolidated 4 separate systems into 1.
