In 2017 I teamed up with a friend and colleague Robert Navaille to start a local meetup for designers.

The idea for Design St. Pete was born out of a simple observation: while St. Petersburg is a hub of creativity and innovation, there was a missing link for designers. We wanted to make a dedicated space where design professionals and enthusiasts could come together, share ideas, and inspire each other. Our mission is to fill this gap, creating a vibrant community where everyone from seasoned designers to curious newcomers can learn, grow, and connect.

In the beginning, we were doing a talk/presentation type format. From hands-on workshops that dive deep into the latest design tools and techniques, to inspirational talks by industry leaders, and casual networking events that foster meaningful connections, there's something for everyone.

We're working on some new things and will relaunch the next event and format soon!
